Western Branch Diesel Takes Over North Carolina MTU Territory from Clarke Power Services
Dedicated MTU Sales, Service & Parts Location Opens at Jarrett Bay
Western Branch Diesel has taken over the former Covington- and most recently Clarke Power Services facility at the Jarrett Bay Marine Park in Beaufort, North Carolina, and the company’s MTU sales & service territory will now include all of North Carolina.
At WBD’s new Jarrett Bay location, you can count on the same MTU-recognized level of exceptional service, factory training & experience that Western Branch Diesel customers in other territories have relied on since the company’s founding in 1946. The Beaufort team can meet all diesel service needs up to 3,000hp – 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, on-site or at the dock via WBD’s well stocked service vans with parts and materials to ensure a one-trip visit on most service calls.
Rob Miltz, WBD Chief Operating Officer commented, “We are excited to extend our widely recognized level of service beyond Wanchese to the southern most slip on North Carolina’s coast. In addition to assisting customers with MTU needs, our Beaufort Location will also provide sales, parts & service for Volvo Penta, Detroit Diesel and the numerous other diesel & gas brands our Engines1 division will also represent through this location – such as ZF & Twin Disc Transmissions, Westerbeke Generators, Universal Sailboat diesel engines, Control Systems, Algae X Fuel Conditioning & Fuel Polishing, Victron chargers & inverters, Pyrogen fire suppression systems and Webasto Marine HVAC systems to name a few.” Miltz continued, “Whether the need is for new, remanufactured or rebuilt engines and transmissions or just belts and hoses, Western Branch Diesel now covers all engine room needs in North Carolina.”
