During the first week of April 2003, my boat was re-launched after a three week stay at Jarrett Bay Boatworks. During its stay, a bow thruster was installed, cutlass bearings replaced, and the bottom redone. This note is to express my appreciation for the handling of my entire stay by your staff professionals.
From the help I received by Jeff Fulcher in ordering the parts and scheduling the work, to the constant attention from Barry West and Tim Heaney during my stay, to the fiberglass work by Gary Willis, to the elder gentleman that painted the bottom with artist attention, to the travel lift crew, I was pleased beyond my expectations.
