Dear Sirs,
I am writing to let you know about two outstanding individuals that work for you.Recently I planned to stay with you for five days to do some annual maintenance and have someone look at our bow thruster and windlass. Due to a mistake that took place, which can happen, it lengthened the stay.
I would have been very upset if it wasn?t for the customer service I received from Keith Tosto.
Keith delivered on every request, he checked in on my wife and me to make sure our extended stay was alright and productive. He has great sales and people skills that we as customers appreciate. We will come back because of Keith.
Jim Eisenmann, new to your company and a recently ABYC certified electrician, has everything it takes? determination, desire, customer skills, attention to detail and commitment to solving a problem. He solved our problem even when it was complicated. He solved it like it was his own.
For the past thirty years I was in sales and service management, supervising a force of people, I would have scooped Jim up in a minute. He became a sergeant in the Marines in four years, which is no small feat. He is taking courses at the community college in management. I am sure you company recognizes a future leader. Invest in his future and he will give back two fold. He has a craving for learning and understanding, a combination that is hard to find.
Both of these people turned a bad situation into a positive and we will be back because of them.
