We’re pleased to be helping the Wells family restore their pride and joy – the 56′ Buddy Cannady sport fishing boat, Rameseas, since an electrical fire caused extensive cosmetic damage to her cockpit and salon in January 2014. Docked in her slip in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina during the incident, the Rameseas fortunately escaped significant structural damage. Upon her arrival at Jarrett Bay, our crew started immediately at grinding away damaged areas and identifying all the repair spots.
Photos below show the extent of fire damage directly after the incident, along with the beginning process of the restoration by our talented service crew, led by project manager Jim McCarley. We wish them nothing but the best of luck as everyone involved tries to return Rameseas to the water by early Summer in time to get in on the tournament fishing action.
