Dear Randy,

My name is Patrick Fehily and I wanted to write you in regards to my satisfaction while dealing with Jarrett Bay. I grew up at the New Jersey shore and am now in Florida for college. I just wanted to take a moment and tell you that you have by far the most professional and friendly group of people working for you. From the folks who manage your Facebook and Twitter accounts to the employees in the “Boathouse,” you truly do treat people with respect. I’ve only purchased clothing and small gift items from Jarrett Bay, but what I have noticed is that I still receive the same respect as someone who may be having a multi-million dollar boat built. That really goes a long way with me as I admire your yachts and although I’m not in a position to own one, you all still see my value as a customer and for a young guy starting out that impacts me in a positive way.
