David Bala and his new Jarrett Bay 34 Walk-Around Express are seeking adventure in the Exumas, but before charting a course to the islands, Bala’s 34, named Little Bones stopped off at Jarrett Bay for some extensive work and upgrades. David’s plan takes him and the boat to the Exumas for 3 years, and he intends to bring the boat back to Jarrett Bay for any repairs and continued upgrades which will include paint in the future.
Some of the upgrades to Little Bones include:
- Full bridge & helm enclosure
- Water heater
- Transom shower station
- Transom backrest with rocket launchers
- New helm chair and stanchion
- 100-hour service on Yamaha engines
- Addition of a bow thruster
- New gas shocks and hatch locks
- New cushions for exterior & interior
- Removeable bracket for windsurf board
